Our scheduled transit refers to fixed morning (08:00–10:00) and afternoon (14:00–16:00) collection windows. We do not guarantee on-demand pickups outside these slots unless a priority routing fee is agreed in advance. All runs are logged with chain-of-custody documentation.

Yes. Each pallet must not exceed 1.2 m × 1.0 m in footprint and 1.8 m in height. Maximum weight per pallet is 800 kg. Loads exceeding these dimensions require prior approval and may incur additional handling charges. We do not accept hazardous materials without a signed safety data sheet.

Same-day delivery means the document is collected before 12:00 and delivered within a 50 km radius of the pickup point by 17:00. Deliveries beyond that radius or after 12:00 are classified as next-day. Proof of receipt is captured via digital signature at the point of delivery.

We operate a real-time tracking system, and our drivers reroute when possible. If a delay exceeds 60 minutes, we notify the sender and recipient immediately. Missed deliveries caused by force majeure (e.g., road closures, severe weather) are rescheduled at no extra cost, but no refund is issued for the original run.

Standard liability covers up to €500 per consignment. For items exceeding this value, we recommend purchasing additional transit insurance through our partner broker. This must be arranged at least 24 hours before collection. We do not cover cash, jewellery, or perishable biological samples under standard terms.

Our primary coverage includes counties Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, Louth, and parts of Offaly and Westmeath. For locations outside this zone, we offer limited weekly runs subject to route availability. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific address before booking.
