CTL Collection provides logistics and freight services including sample collection, business-to-business document delivery, and palletised freight movement across Leinster. All services are performed using our modern van fleet according to scheduled transit timetables agreed with the client.

We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with applicable laws or our internal safety and handling policies. Services are provided only within the geographic area of Leinster unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the nature, weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements of each shipment. Failure to disclose hazardous or restricted materials may result in refusal of service or additional charges.

The client must ensure that all items are properly packaged, labelled, and ready for collection at the agreed time. CTL Collection is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the client.

CTL Collection's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not exceeding €500 per consignment unless a higher value is declared and additional charges are agreed in writing. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delays or failures.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, or any event beyond our reasonable control. Force majeure events including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, and government actions relieve us of liability for non-performance.

Any claim for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. All claims must include supporting documentation such as photographs, delivery receipts, and a detailed description of the issue.

Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of County Longford, Ireland.

CTL Collection reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
